Hi there. I'm using Monolith in Logic Pro x. On some channels I'm getting a "Sync Issue, try to place Monolith at the end of your plugin chains" message. All of my instances are inserted at the end of my plugin chains, but I'm still getting the error message.
Any idea what am I doing wrong?
Thanks.
Hey, loving Mix Monolith as I get used to it. I use Logic Pro as well and I've found that when this happens to me, I have to take Logic out of Low Latency mode (the Monolith slot on certain tracks turn orange), and the volume on that track is super loud. I record violin and viola and I have to have Logic in low latency mode, but because I'm using Monoliths as I work (rather than at the end of writing when I could turn Low Latency off) I come up against this a fair bit. It would be great to have this video, so I can learn how to avoid it.
Thanks for getting back to me! I have some of the Monoliths on the Buss turned off. That may be causing the issue. Great plugin by the way - makes setting up a drum mix super quick.
Hello, Due to the massive amount of real-time interconnections happening with the Monoliths during a mix, certain routings can cause a sync error...but are easily avoided. For instance, if all of your drum tracks are routed to a stereo buss and their monoliths are sending on a "group"...as soon as one of the drum tracks isn't routed to the stereo drum buss a "sync error" can occur since one of the elements in the Monolith "group" and DAW track buss routing are now mis-aligned. I hope this helps...I will be creating a tutorial video very soon to highlight this. - Menno / Ayaicware
