Analyzing input pre amp model EQ presets

Recent session - I found that my popular 610b preamp preset eq for " Male Vocal + Air" resulted in a very harsh and unacceptable track. I quickly inserting my Ceilings software in that track channel. That revealed that the clickable-only frequency and gain settings did NOT conform to the basic white noise ceiling. I corrected and..........the result was stunning. Needless to say, the singer was impressed!.......Thanks....
