Hey Ayaic family,
I recently purchased the Mix Monolith plugin, and at first, I was skeptical. However, after using it, I ended up buying the entire bundle, and I have to say, I love it!
I’m a music producer and audio engineer, and I’ve watched all the videos on the Ayaic website to better understand the COS Pro plugin. I think I’ve grasped most of it, but I’m having trouble with understanding the slopes.
I love how Mix Monolith balances my beats—they sound amazing. I use a lot of 808s in my tracks, and I’m curious about the ideal LUFS for my 808 kick. I read a post on this forum suggesting the kick and 808 should be at -25 LUFS.
I tried to join the master class on Twitch, but I’m not sure if those are still available. Any advice would be appreciated!
Glad you're enjoying the plugins...we have many more planned for the future. I suggest watching the "Universal Mixing" video series (5-parts) in order to get a better understanding of COS Pro and Mix Monolith. That said, we will be releasing a massively upgraded COS Pro very shortly that will have Universal Mixing built into it, this will make it even easier to master using your hyper-EQ.
