Curt Bisquera
Artist, Producer, Mix Engineer
Bio
Curt Bisquera is a professional drummer from Santa Maria, California. He got his first big break drumming for Morris Day (Purple Rain, The Time). Following that he toured with Belinda Carlisle before finding a home in all the recording studios of Los Angeles. Curt was asked to play on “Something To Talk About” by Bonnie Raitt w/Don Was…then asked to drum on a Boz Skaggs record by Jeff Porcaro. Curts stellar drumming was soon in high demand and led him to work with many great artists including Mick Jagger, Tina Turner, Rick Rubin, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty and even playing double drums alongside Nigel Olsson with Elton John. Curt even played on many Hans Zimmer soundtracks for movies like Man Of Steel and Batman v Superman, Toys, etc.
Curt now has his own beautiful home studio filled with all the tools he needs, including COS Pro & Mix Monolith, where he continues to record drums for many top artists of the day.
